We are pleased to announce that the European Commission’s Innovation Radar has identified the University of Warsaw as a Key Innovator in the GuestXR project, funded under Horizon 2020. The project involved a team from the Robert Zajonc Institute for Social Studies at the University of Warsaw, led by Professor Andrzej Nowak. The recognised innovation is a computer simulation algorithm for turn-taking in extended reality (XR) environments. Based on assessments by independent experts, the Innovation Radar identifies and showcases the most promising innovations emerging from EU-funded research. The recognition will soon be published on the Innovation Radar platform, which features more than 13,000 EU-funded innovations from across Europe.
